I am an experienced, award winning mortgage adviser with over 16 years of industry experience. My career began in 2009 at the UK's leading whole-of-market mortgage brokerage, where I honed my skills in providing comprehensive mortgage advice. Subsequently, I transitioned to a role within RBS, offering in-branch guidance to customers.

At Which? Mortgage Advisers, I was one the Senior Mortgage Advisers. When I moved on, I sought a new challenge and joined a specialist mortgage brokerage, focusing on complex cases such as those involving expats, professional athletes, self-employed clients, and unique properties like timber-framed and thatched homes.

In 2019, I was the founder of Lloyd Wells Mortgages Ltd, enabling me to provide bespoke and personalised mortgage solutions. I am passionate about building strong client relationships and firmly believe in finding the most suitable mortgage for every individual's unique circumstances.

In 2025 we relaunched as Bristol Rose Mortgages Ltd, our mission remains focused on putting local families first.

Originally from Derbyshire, I relocated to Bristol in 2009 and have since embraced the city as my home. I now live in North Bristol with Victoria, our daughter, and our Springer Spaniel, Reggie.

Outside of work, I enjoy running and am an avid football supporter, regularly attending matches at Ashton Gate and closely following my childhood team, Leeds United.

I began my career in mortgages in 2008 at Bank of Ireland, formerly the Bristol & West Building Society, and have been immersed in the Bristol property market ever since. My time at Which? Financial Services proved invaluable, where as a Team Leader I not only assisted mortgage advisers with their applications but also enjoyed training and coaching team members, honing my communication and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. This experience instilled in me a strong professional attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Victoria joined Lloyd Wells Mortgages Ltd in 2021 and became a director of Bristol Rose Mortgages Ltd in 2025.

I’m passionate about providing excellent service and believe in clear, open communication throughout the mortgage process. I’m dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of securing a mortgage and finding the best solution for their individual needs.

A Bristolian born and bred, I still live just a stone’s throw from my childhood home. Family is incredibly important to me, and I’m a proud mum to an amazing little girl, who even inspired part of our company name! Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Bristol’s vibrant food scene, catching a show at the theatre, spending quality time with family, and jetting off on holidays whenever possible. You might even hear me singing around the office – it’s a bit of a habit!
